Individual therapy is a safe, supportive space to slow down, breathe, and understand yourself more deeply. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship patterns, intimacy concerns, or past experiences that still impact you, therapy offers a place to explore what’s underneath and begin creating meaningful change.

I help individuals reconnect to their emotions, their needs, and their sense of self — so they can move through the world with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
