Individual Therapy
Insurance Information
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna and United Healthcare (UHC).
I am not accepting new Cigna/Evernorth clients at this time.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is offered on a private pay basis. Because insurance is structured around individual diagnoses, it often does not support the depth and nuance of relationship-focused work.
Private pay allows us to focus fully on your relationship—creating space for deeper work around connection, communication, and intimacy.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am not in-network with your plan, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
This option typically includes:
Paying for sessions upfront
Receiving a superbill from me
Submitting it to your insurance company
Receiving partial reimbursement (depending on your plan)
Many clients choose this because it offers greater privacy and flexibility.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
If you are not using insurance, or if you request an estimate, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. This helps you understand the financial aspect of therapy upfront.
I am happy to provide this at any time.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
